On March 19, Quebec issued a total of 2,522 invitations to apply for permanent selection through the province’s Skilled Worker Selection Program (PSTQ). Invitations were extended through all four Program streams, with the majority (roughly 44%) going to individuals being considered under stream 3 (regulated professionals).
